Atom Minors 3-0 after Day 2 of International Silver Stick
The ENS Atom minors traveled to Newmarket Ontario this weekend for the 2014/15 International Silverstick.
Game 1 Thursday evening the Storm defeated Woolwich 2-0.
Game 2 they played a hard fought game against Whitby on Friday morning and came away with a 5-2 victory.
Game 3 the storm played the Host team from New Market and overcame the adversity of home ice advantage to skate away with 8-1 victory earlier this afternoon.
The team will wrap up preliminary play tomorrow against the only US qualifier from Michigan, the Bluewater Stars early Saturday morning at 8:15am.
